What You'll Do:
You'll partner with the Director to keep our center running smoothly, supporting staff, building strong family relationships, and ensuring every child is safe, happy, and learning every day.
- Guide and support amazing childcare staff
- Help manage day-to-day operations
- Keep records organized and up to date
- Build trust and strong communication with parents
- Ensure top-notch safety and health standards
- Inspire a warm, inclusive, and growth-centered environment
What We're Looking For:
- 18 years old
- CDA or Degree in ECE
- 2–3 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting
- CPR & First Aid certified
- Clean background check
- Available to work rotating shifts between 6:30am–6:00pm (Mon–Fri)
