What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Preschool Paraprofessional position at Early Childhood Center?
The Hollister Early Childhood Center is now accepting applications for a lead paraprofessional support position in our 3-year-old classroom at the Early Childhood Center for the 2026-2027 school year.
As a lead paraprofessional, the ideal candidate must be highly capable of providing clear direction, leading daily classroom routines, and creating and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lessons for our youngest learners.
Experience with early learning curriculum (High Scope, Project Construct, Creative Curriculum, etc.) will be a strong asset to the candidate. This is a 40-hour-per-week salaried position with health insurance provided. Candidates must possess a positive attitude, exhibit strong leadership skills, remain flexible, and be able to work collaboratively within a highly effective team.
