Job Summary

Duties

- Assess and monitor student progress through standardized testing and individualized evaluations.
- Provide support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and specialists to promote child welfare and development.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate effectively with families regarding their child's progress.
- Incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and physical education into daily activities.
- Create a safe and nurturing space for toddlers, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with children in various educational settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is a plus.
