Your Role as a Classroom Aide
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities, supervision, and daily care routines
- Supporting individualized care and learning experiences for children
- Helping prepare materials, set up activities, and tidy classrooms
- Building nurturing connections with children and supporting their growth
- Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with center policies
Qualifications
- Heart for Children: Genuine love for working with young learners (ages 6 weeks to 12 years)
- Energy & Enthusiasm: Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to create engaging, fun learning experiences
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
- Reliability: Dependable and committed to consistent, quality care
Experience working with children, current pediatric CPR and first aide certification Preferred but not required
This position requires the applicant to have reliable transportation and successfully pass a DHS Background Check
