Your Role as a Waddler Teacher
As a classroom leader, you will create a nurturing, engaging environment that supports children during one of the most exciting stages of development.
- Lead a safe, attentive, and loving classroom for waddler-aged children (approx. 12–24 months)
- Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that encourage exploration, independence, and growth
- Guide children through key transitions from infant routines to toddler independence
- Foster a warm, structured environment where children feel secure, confident, and supported
- Build strong, positive relationships with families through consistent communication
- Collaborate with fellow educators to maintain a positive, team-centered culture
- Ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and maintain a high-quality classroom environment

Qualifications
- Teacher Qualified (per Minnesota licensing requirements)
- Heart for Children: Genuine passion for working with young learners (ages 6 weeks to 5 years)
