Early Bird Energy is Erie's newest drive-thru beverage experience — and we're growing our team right now. We are a family-owned business built on good energy, great drinks, and a community that actually shows up for each other. We serve energy drinks, cold brew, dirty sodas, and more from a fast-moving drive-thru window. As a Shift Lead, you're the person who keeps that window humming. You lead by doing, you hold the standard, and you bring the kind of calm confidence and friendliness that makes a team better.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

→ Open or close the location — own the start and end of the shift

→ Lead a small team of Birdistas through a busy window

→ Maintain quality, speed, and hospitality standards across our beverage offerings

→ Handle inventory, restocking, and basic cash procedures

→ Step in and help wherever the team needs it — no task is beneath you

→ Communicate clearly with management and flag issues before they become problems

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

→ 1 years of food/beverage or retail experience is preferred but not required — we'll train the right person

→ Someone who leads by example — not just by title

→ Strong communicator who stays cool under pressure

→ Dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about the team and product

→ Must be available for a mix of morning, afternoon, and evening shifts — including weekends. NOTE: Morning shift starts at 5:30AM!!

→ 18 years old

Start at $15.00/hr and earn your way to $15.50/hr automatically. Hit your 90-day review with no lates, no call-offs, and solid performance — and the raise is yours. No hoops, no guessing.
