Early Bird Energy is Erie's locally owned drive-thru beverage destination, serving handcrafted energy drinks, cold brew, dirty sodas, and more. We're looking for motivated, dependable individuals who are ready to build a career with Early Bird Energy.

Our 9-month Leadership Development Program is designed to prepare future Store Managers through hands-on experience, one-on-one coaching, and progressive leadership responsibilities. Rather than simply learning a job, you'll learn how to lead a team, manage the day-to-day operations of a successful drive-thru beverage business, and develop the skills needed to operate your own Early Bird Energy location.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

Throughout the program, you'll receive hands-on training in every aspect of operating a successful Early Bird Energy location, including:

→ Daily store operations and shift leadership

→ Delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality

→ Beverage quality, consistency, and speed of service

→ Inventory management and product ordering

→ Cash handling and operational procedures

→ Team coaching, accountability, and communication

→ Scheduling, labor management, and operational planning

→ Problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership development

As your experience grows, so will your responsibilities. You'll progressively take on more leadership duties while working alongside our management team and receiving ongoing coaching and feedback.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

→ Learn every position within the business and lead by example

→ Assist with opening and closing procedures

→ Lead and support team members during busy shifts

→ Maintain high standards for quality, cleanliness, and hospitality

→ Monitor inventory, restock products, and assist with operational tasks

→ Help coach and motivate team members while creating a positive work environment

→ Learn the business from the ground up while preparing to become an Early Bird Energy Store Manager

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

→ Previous customer service, food service, retail, or leadership experience is preferred but not required

→ A positive attitude and willingness to learn

→ Strong work ethic with dependable attendance

→ Excellent communication and leadership potential

→ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

→ Available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as business needs require

→ Must be at least 18 years old
