About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, people-first District Manager to join our leadership team and oversee a cluster of 5 centers in the greater Atlanta / Nashville market. This multi-unit leader will directly manage and support Center Directors, ensuring operational excellence, strong team culture, enrollment growth, and a consistently high standard of care across each location.
While experience in early childhood education is a plus, it is not required. We are looking for a proven multi-unit operator with strong leadership skills, excellent business acumen, and a passion for developing people.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and support Center Directors to deliver operational excellence and strong educational outcomes
- Drive center-level performance including enrollment, staffing, compliance, financial results, and family satisfaction
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators across your region, providing hands-on support and accountability
- Develop team culture, ensure effective communication, and identify high-potential talent for future growth

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience, ideally in a customer-facing industry (e.g. retail, restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, fitness, etc.)
- A strong track record of coaching managers, building high-performing teams, and scaling operations across multiple sites
- Operational and financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and organizational priorities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel regularly between centers in greater metro Columbus
- Passion for purpose-driven work and making a difference in the lives of children, families, and educators
