Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, proactive Safety Manager to oversee all safety operations across multiple construction projects. The Safety Manager will ensure full compliance with OSHA standards, develop and implement safety programs, conduct site inspections, and support field leadership in maintaining a safe work environment for all personnel.This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to train crews, enforce safety protocols, and respond quickly to field conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesSafety Leadership & ComplianceDevelop, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and programs across all active job sites.Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and local regulations.Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and enforce corrective actions.Lead incident investigations, document findings, and implement preventive measures.Training & Program DevelopmentFacilitate safety training for new hires and ongoing training for field personnel.Maintain documentation for toolbox talks, safety meetings, and certifications.Support field teams in understanding and applying safety standards.Risk ManagementIdentify potential job site risks and design mitigation strategies.Monitor environmental, health, and safety performance metrics.Lead emergency response planning and drills.Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate safety records, inspections, incident reports, and compliance logs.Prepare weekly/monthly safety reports for leadership review.Manage and track safety certifications, permits, and required documentation for workers.Collaboration & CommunicationPartner with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to promote a strong safety culture.Attend project meetings and provide safety guidance during planning and execution.Serve as the point of contact for regulatory agencies and insurance representatives.Qualifications3–7 years of construction safety experience (commercial, industrial, or specialty trades preferred).OSHA 30 required; CHST, CSP, or other safety certifications strongly preferred.Strong understanding of construction operations, job site hazards, and safety best practices.Proven ability to train, coach, and influence field teams.Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills.Ability to travel between job sites as needed.Preferred ExperienceExperience in curtainwall, façade, steel, or general commercial construction is a plus.Background in safety management for multi-trade or multi-site operations.Knowledge of incident investigation methods and root-cause analysis.What We OfferCompetitive compensation packageCareer growth opportunities within a growing construction organizationSupportive leadership that prioritizes safety and team developmentCompany vehicle or travel reimbursement (if applicable)
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
