Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Child Care Assistant Teacher to support early childhood education in a nurturing and engaging environment. Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in planning and executing age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies.
- Engage children in educational activities that foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
- Support children in toddler care, preschool routines, and other developmental milestones.
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, private school settings, or similar environments is preferred.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and team members.
