Anyone 14 years or older is eligible for this position. It is a great first job and can be very flexible with working as many hours or as few hours as you want. This position can vary in responsibility including helping in our kitchen, doing dishes, cleaning up after meals, washing laundry, making deliveries to our classroom, and doing extra cleaning tasks. If interested you may also be an extra helper with our students. If you are a motivated individual this position can be a great way to get a start in the workforce.

- Regular, on-time attendance is expected and required
- Responsible for accurately signing in/out for all shifts and breaks taken as scheduled
- Maintain confidentiality of Early Advantage family, children, and staff; on and off the clock
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all children and staff
- Shows initiation and is self-motivated
- Works well in a team setting and by self
- Performs all assigned duties; takes initiative to complete additional tasks and duties
- Completes tasks to the fullest standard
- Put materials used back into correct location
- Operates and maintains equipment as instructed
- Performs all job duties safely and maintain a clean, work environment
- Follows all required policies and expectations Follows hand washing procedures Maintains all proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures
- Shows willingness to learn and maintain all MN and Early Advantage regulations and standards, policies, and procedures necessary for the Kitchen
- Completes reports as needed; maintenance, faulty equipment, and/or accidents to supervisor immediately
- Attend meetings and in-service training as required
- Maintains effective and positive working relationships with all co-workers, children, families, and all administrators
