This is a full-time, on-site Server role based at Earls Kitchen Bar in Nashville, TN. As a Server, you will deliver an exceptional dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include understanding and communicating the menu, providing personalized recommendations, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area. You will contribute to creating a welcoming environment by collaborating with team members to provide excellent customer service and a memorable dining experience.

• Experience in delivering outstanding customer service and building strong guest relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand guest needs and offer recommendations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and pay attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards, with willingness to learn more
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with others
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus
