What are the responsibilities and job description for the Asst. JH Boys Track Coach position at Earlham Middle School?
Earlham Community School District is looking for an Assistant Jr. High Boys Track Coach to begin Spring 2027. This position will primarily work with Jr. High school (7th-8th) students who are a part of the track program.
Under the supervision of the Activities Director, the duty of this individual is to assist/support the head coach in all aspects of the track program for the district, provide leadership in the development of the specific skills for track, creating a flexible, safe and optimal team environment and provide feedback to students, parents and administration regarding program development, expectations and goals.
