Virsono Hearing Centers is seeking an experienced Audiologist to serve as the Clinic Site Manager for a new San Diego location. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role while continuing to provide exceptional patient care within a collaborative ENT partnership environment.

The Clinic Site Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading a small audiology team, ensuring seamless patient flow, and collaborating closely with ENT physicians to deliver an elevated patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care (diagnostic evaluations, fittings, and follow-ups).
- Lead and mentor on-site Audiology Assistants and support staff.
- Partner with ENT physicians to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Oversee clinic performance metrics and drive operational improvements.
- Participate in regional strategy discussions and quarterly business reviews.
Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed Audiologist (Au.D. or M.A./M.S.) with California licensure.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience; ENT environment required, leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in dynamic, fast-growing environments.
