- Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
- Proficiency in Facility Management (FM) and Building Maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a relevant field is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
