Medical Office Manager
Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient care.
- Manage and supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Implement and maintain electronic health record systems
- Coordinate utilization management processes to optimize patient care and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of practice.
- Monitor and manage office finances, including billing, coding, and insurance claims.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner.

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Medical Office Manager or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with utilization management principles and practices.

- Understanding of managed care concepts and insurance billing processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
