Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants (ENTC), with multiple locations in Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb Counties, is excited to announce multiple opportunities to become an integral part of our growing team as a full-time Allergy Medical Assistant!
As an Allergy Medical Assistant, you will be directly involved in our Perfect Patient Journey, ensuring that we deliver patient-focused care at all times. We are looking for individuals who learn quickly, are capable of working independently as well as part of a team and have a positive attitude.

Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants (ENTC) has been in practice for almost 50 years and is highly regarded in the medical community. Our office stays up-to-date with the latest in surgical and medical treatment(s) and equipment for a state of the art facility.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate kindness and compassion in all patient interactions
- Help patients by providing information, services, and assistance
- Verify patient information by interviewing patient; recording medical history; confirming purpose of visit
- Triage and room patients in an efficient manner to maximize clinical flow
- Perform Allergy skin testing and administer allergy injections
- Scanning documents for billing services
- Answer calls, schedule appointments, check in/ check out patients, collect payments
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Preferred experience in Otolaryngology
- Preferred experience in Allergy, Immunology and/or Asthma experience
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year related medical assistant experience in allergy and immunology required
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
