Pharmacist

Eannelli Pharmacy is a locally owned independent community pharmacy located close to Madison, Wisconsin (20 to 30 minutes north). Your career should provide growth opportunities, not burn out from corporate metrics that dictate your practice.

We are seeking either a part-time or full-time candidate. Part-time is approximately 10-15 hours, up to full-time 40 hours per week.

Compensation is negotiable. Sign-on bonus after 6-month commitment, apply for details. There’s potential for partnership/ownership pathways, if interested.

Schedule

• Open M-F 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, coverage depends on employment status
• Open Sat 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, every other (with flexibility) regardless of employment status
• Closed Sundays and major holidays

Pharmacy Environment

• Independent community pharmacy
• Average volume: 200–300 prescriptions per weekday
• Strong emphasis on patient relationships and personalized care

Professional Development Opportunities

• On-the-job pharmacy management mentoring (prior management experience highly regarded)

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Counsel patients regarding medication use, side effects, and interactions
• Administer immunizations
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and workflow
• Perform non-sterile compounding as needed
• Assist with adherence packaging and unit-dose programs
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA
• Provide professional, patient-centered customer service

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License in good standing
• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
• APhA Immunization Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and patient counseling skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a community pharmacy environment
• Professional, team-oriented approach to patient care
