Job Summary:
Responsible for effectively and efficiently managing projects, installing, supporting and training on VoIP, document management, fax, and print management software. Responsible for maintaining and supporting all Technology Services Division software products.
Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities
Technical:
- Scope, manage, and install projects for VoIP, Papercut MF/HIVE, eGoldfax, and other products.
- Troubleshoot VoIP, Papercut MF/HIVE, eGoldfax, and other products.
- Troubleshoot network, server, and workstation issues related to all division products.
- Provide support and installation services for all Tech Services products
- Assist in attaining the scope of work for clients that involve software.
Sales Support:
- Perform customer training on all software and associated hardware sold by the Tech Services division.
- Be alert for sales leads for all products sold by Eakes, especially Tech Services products.
- Support Technology Services Sales rep for VoIP, PaperCut, Goldfax, eGoldfax, docMgt, Displays, and any other software.
- Lead support person for sales demos and training of VoIP, PaperCut, eGoldFax, Displays, Sharp MFP, and Ricoh MFP.
Customer Relations:
- Immediately report any customer concerns to the Technology Services Manager.
- Properly service customer needs and requests.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain customer documentation according to division guidelines.
- Track all time by project and customer
OTHER DUTIES AS MAY BE ASSIGNED
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
- MSP Tier 1 technician experience is desirable.
- A , Network , Server , or comparable technical certifications are desirable.
- Windows, MacOS, ChromeOS, and iOS is desirable.
- 2 years of networking and server troubleshooting recommended.
