As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Environmental Assistant Project Manager to join our Hendersonville team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in asbestos abatement, environmental remediation, and project management while working alongside industry leaders.

Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Project Manager with ongoing environmental and asbestos abatement projects and effective resource management.
- Track subcontractors and their engagement on environmental projects.
- Review and understand project plans, specifications, and scopes of work related to environmental services.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental and asbestos regulations.
- Assist with change orders, budgeting, and cost tracking for environmental projects.
- Participate in site walks and assessments for upcoming environmental bids.
- Support preparation of bid packages and proposals with Senior Project Manager.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; excellent time management.
- Adaptive and flexible in multitasking and prioritizing tasks throughout the day.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Bluebeam.
- Ability to read and understand plans, specifications, and front-end documents.
- Environmental or asbestos project experience a plus; prior construction experience helpful but not required.
