Seasonal FOH Server — Eaglewood Golf Course (North Salt Lake, UT)

Seasonal Position
Eaglewood Golf Course is seeking friendly, reliable, and service‑driven Front of House (FOH) Servers for the upcoming season. We’re committed to providing outstanding guest service across our grill, clubhouse, and event operations. If you enjoy fast-paced hospitality work and being part of a supportive, fun team, this is an excellent opportunity.
Important: This is a FOH Server position.
This is NOT a beverage cart position.
However, those interested in beverage cart roles may begin in this position and work toward that opportunity as performance, availability, and openings allow.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to golfers, restaurant guests, and event attendees.
- Take food & beverage orders, run food, and maintain attentive and friendly service.
- Serve beer and other alcoholic beverages responsibly in compliance with Utah laws.
- Support multiple food & beverage operations, including:
- Grill Service
- Tournament Catering
- Banquet Catering
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas.
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
- Assist with opening, closing, restocking, and general FOH duties.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, supervisors, and fellow FOH team members.
Requirements
- 21 years or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
- Sips & Tips Certification (or ability to obtain before starting)
- Valid Utah Food Handler’s Permit
- Comfortable serving alcohol
- Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts between 7:00am–11:00pm, based on business needs
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Beer knowledge a plus!
