Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate all front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and billing procedures
  • Lead and motivate front office staff to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high operational standards
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, ensuring prompt and courteous communication with guests and internal departments
  • Oversee night audit processes to reconcile daily transactions, prepare reports, and ensure financial accuracy overnight
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive attitude, turning challenges into opportunities for excellent service
  • Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and proactively enhancing overall guest satisfaction
  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies, safety regulations, and hospitality management best practices at all times

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably within a resort or similar setting
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk software tools
  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests; bilingual skills are a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Demonstrated ability to manage night audit functions accurately and efficiently
  • Exceptional phone etiquette skills combined with experience handling multi-line phone systems
  • Prior experience in guest services, hotel operations, or hospitality management is essential
  • Ability to lead a team confidently while fostering a collaborative environment

Pay: $22.40 - $24.97 per hour
