Join our team as an Intake Specialist! You will handle admissions, clinical intake assessments, and insurance verifications to ensure smooth patient transitions. Work closely with Counseling and Nursing departments to provide top-notch care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen potential patients and assess eligibility.
- Verify insurance benefits and secure funding.
- Coordinate admissions and communicate with staff.
- Maintain accurate records for authorizations.
- Serve as a liaison between departments.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) required; Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in substance use disorder or mental health treatment is preferred. Familiarity with managed care, level-of-care assessments, and utilization reviews is a plus.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills are essential.
