Job Summary
Manage the clinical and administrative operations of an 88 bed residential treatment facility utilizing evidence-based programming, data driven decision making, and continuous quality improvement practices
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Oversee functioning of the program to ensure Eagleville Hospital is a leader in the field of co-occurring Mental Health and Substance Use disorder treatment
2. Ensure program and staff meet regulatory and clinical requirements as outlined by governing bodies
3. Manage the staff schedule to ensure all programming and patient needs are met on a daily basis, providing consistent programming 7 days per week, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
4. Provide structured supervision for therapists seeking licensure and all direct reports
5. Conduct random reviews charts for completeness of documentation and regulatory compliance.
6. Maintain monthly data and provide reports to the Clinical Director on staff productivity, program integrity, outcomes of chart audits, and develop corrective action plans when key metrics are not met.
7. Provide direct care as needed.
8. Attend Department, Clinical Management and Program meetings.
9. Communicate with psychiatry regarding information gathered from treatment team pertinent to patient’s psychiatric care
10. Communicate pertinent information to the Clinical Director
11. Provide leadership and clinical direction to staff in response to behavioral crises

1. Comply with current hospital safety and infection control policies.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; Motivating and leading high-performance team; sharing of information and serving as a mentor.
Completes or ensures that clinical supervision is conducted and documented per policy.
Make certain that required DDAP written documentation for Counselor Assistants is completed and sent to the Clinical Director for review and forwarded to the Director of Clinical Education and Training for Supervision File.

Qualifications:
Education Requirements
Master's Degree in Human Services, Social Work or Psychology
Unrestricted Licensure in related field
Qualifications
Five years of clinical experience in a health or human services agency, preferably in a setting that serves individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders is required.
Physical Requirements
Moving between buildings on campus; some stair climbing may be required.
Work Environment
Work in normal ventilated office setting
