ITSM Level 1 Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic ITSM Level 1 Intern to join our team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills in IT Service Management (ITSM). The intern will assist with basic IT support tasks and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

• Provide first-level support for IT-related issues, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Assist with the setup and configuration of computer systems and peripherals.
• Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolutions to technical problems.
• Document and track IT support requests using our ticketing system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective IT service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, and the location where the work will be performed. This is a full time role based out of Rochester, NY with a compensation range of $15.50 to $18.00/hr.
