What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Staff - Philadelphia Eagles Youth Football Clinics position at Eagles Youth Football Academy?
SSEC operates the Official Philadelphia Eagles Youth Football Academy Clinics. The Eagles Youth Football Clinics are designed for kids ages 5 to 14 years old and take place at locations throughout South Jersey, Philadelphia and other parts of Pennsylvania. The events are hosted throughout the year with the majority of events in June and July.

- Event Staff positions are paid per event and each event staff member is provided with an event shirt.
- If you are hired as an Event Staff Member, you will have the option to work numerous events at the Eagles Practice Facility as well as at surrounding sports venues in South Jersey and other areas of Pennsylvania (Downingtown, etc). You do NOT have to work all of the events, but rather we send out the events we need staff for and you have the option of saying yes if it works.
- Event staff will be charged with setting up, running registration, interacting with guest families, problem solving event operations, tearing down and loading out.
Dates and Locations: If you are hired as an Event Staff Member, you will have the option to select the dates and locations that work for you. For the events that you are hired, event staff should plan on arriving two hours prior to the event start time, and leaving 30 minutes after the event concludes.
Background Checks:
- In order to be eligible to work the Eagles Youth Football Clinics, the state of Pennsylvania requires that the staff pass multiple background checks in order to work with children. If you have completed these in the past 2 years and have verification, you do not need to complete, but you will need to provide verification.
- You do not need these to be completed in order to apply, but you will need them completed before you can work your first event. We have listed the checks below. In addition to these three checks, the Eagles Youth Football Academies has a separate online background check that needs to be completed and passed in order to officially hire you for events.
