- Provide administrative support.
- Assist with coaching, correcting, and training officers to meet company expectations.
- Support and guide Field Supervisors to help improve patrol service quality.
- Oversee and maintain accurate client files, SOPs, and officer records.
- Track and verify schedules, payroll, PTO, and vehicle assignments.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and maintain organized personnel documentation.
- Proactively help identify operational gaps and provide real-time support solutions.
- Has 1 years of admin or ops support experience, preferably in security or logistics.
- Has 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience (even informal leadership counts).
- Is comfortable giving feedback and direction to officers and junior field staff.
- Possesses strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
