Position: Loss Prevention OfficerLocation: San Ysidro, CAType: Full-Time / Part-TimePay: $18.00 – $20.00/hr (Based on experience & availability)Shift: Day and Swing Shifts Available???? Key Responsibilities:Maintain a strong security presence inside a high-volume retail storeObserve, identify, and report suspicious behavior or potential theft activityConduct undercover or high-visibility loss prevention patrols depending on assignmentDeter theft through professional engagement and observationSupport store management during incidents or emergenciesComplete accurate written reports on incidents, observations, or recoveriesMonitor entrances/exits and enforce store loss-prevention policiesWork closely with retail staff to maintain a safe and secure shopping environmentRespond quickly and professionally to high-risk situations✅ Requirements:Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)A working smartphone with dataReliable transportation to and from the siteStrong customer-service and communication skillsAbility to stand and walk for 8-hour shiftsExcellent situational awareness and ability to remain alertExperience in retail loss prevention or security preferred, but not requiredAbility to observe discreetly without confrontation unless authorized????
