Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility required; occasional evenings and weekends based on client needs)

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned accounts and ensure service standards are met
- Hire, train, coach, and manage security staff; take corrective action when necessary
- Act as primary liaison between clients and the company, building trust and strong partnerships
- Coordinate schedules, approve payroll/time-off requests, and verify invoicing accuracy
- Monitor and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
- Conduct periodic post checks and provide in-field coverage during staff shortages or urgent gaps
- Contribute to service delivery improvements and staff development efforts
- Establish post orders and site-specific protocols for each property in your portfolio
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Manager in contract security (Required)
- Prior supervisory experience in a security or field operations setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Solid understanding of team scheduling, coverage, and labor management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends
