Responsibilities Include:Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned accounts and ensure service standards are metHire, train, coach, and manage security staff; take corrective action when necessaryAct as primary liaison between clients and the company building trust and strong partnerships with clientsCoordinate schedules, approve payroll/time-off requests, and verify invoicing accuracyMonitor and support after-hours emergencies as neededConduct periodic post checks and provide in-field coverage during staff shortages or urgent gapsContribute to service delivery improvements and staff development effortsEstablish post orders and site-specific protocols for each property in your portfolio✅ Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience as a Manager in contract security (Required)Prior supervisory experience in a security or field ops settingStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilitiesMust be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Solid understanding of team scheduling, coverage, and labor managementAbility to work flexible hours including occasional weekends/evenings based on client needsValid driver’s license and reliable transportation????
