Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant

Eagles Peak is looking for a motivated and outgoing Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our expanding team in Orlando, FL. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, career starters, or individuals looking to transition into the marketing and sales industry while gaining hands-on experience in a professional, client-focused environment.

In this on-site role, you will receive practical training, work alongside experienced team members, and develop valuable communication, sales, and business skills. You will also have the opportunity to interact directly with clients, support marketing efforts, and contribute to campaigns across a variety of industries.

As an Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will support daily marketing and sales operations while gaining real-world experience in client relations and campaign execution.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and sales campaigns for local clients
• Engage with clients face-to-face to learn about their needs and present appropriate solutions
• Support sales representatives with follow-ups, campaign tracking, proposals, and basic administrative tasks
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and consistent communication
• Conduct introductory market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
• Keep accurate records using internal systems and assist with scheduling and reporting
• Help coordinate promotional events, outreach initiatives, and brand awareness activities
• Work closely with team members to share ideas that improve campaign results and client engagement

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to work on-site in Orlando, FL
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, professional attitude and eagerness to learn
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Comfortable working in a team-based setting and speaking with clients
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or marketing is a plus, but not required
