SHIFT LEAD – WENDY’S RESTAURANT $16 - $18/Hour DOE Benefits
A minimum of 2 years food service experience preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DESIRED TRAITS:
- Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers and maintain a clean restaurant that you’re proud to work in
- Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
- Train, coach and schedule Team Members
- Ensure food, equipment, and restaurant space meet food safety and quality standards
- Ensure Team Members uphold standards in kitchen and service zones
