We are seeking dependable and hardworking Stock/Freight Associates to support our store operations. This role is primarily focused on processing and organizing merchandise, with some customer interaction as needed. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
Open availability is preferred, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Up to 40 hours per week available.
Job Summary
The Stock/Freight Associate is responsible for handling incoming shipments, organizing stock areas, replenishing merchandise, and maintaining overall store organization to support efficient daily operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming freight shipments
- Sort, organize, and stock merchandise in the backroom and sales floor
- Replenish product on the sales floor as needed
- Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and storage areas
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management
- Follow company standards for merchandising and product placement
- Support and assist customers when needed, including operating register.

Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 25 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the entire shift
- Ability to climb ladders and reach overhead to stock merchandise
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
