Duties
- Monitor pool areas continuously to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents or injuries
- Conduct regular pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning, chemical checks, and ensuring proper water quality
- Perform routine pool cleaning to maintain hygiene standards and ensure the facility’s appearance is inviting
- Assist guests with pool access, provide information about facility amenities, and deliver friendly guest services
- Inspect safety equipment regularly, report maintenance needs, and support overall pool area cleanliness
- Support with light pool area setup for events or activities as needed
- Keeping the pool deck clean and organized
Qualifications
- Proven lifeguard experience or relevant certifications in water safety and rescue techniques
- Valid CPR and first aid certifications from recognized organizations
- Ability to swim confidently in deep water for extended periods
- Experience with pool maintenance, cleaning, or chemical handling is a plus
- Capable of heavy lifting when performing pool cleaning tasks or moving equipment
- Strong guest service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
