We are currently seeking a Retail Rental Specialist to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role is critical in delivering exceptional customer service, managing rental transactions effectively, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our rental facilities. Responsibilities
- Assist customers with rental inquiries, providing detailed information about our motorcycles, ATVs, Dirt Bikes, Scooters, and UTV tours.
- Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently using our reservation and point-of-sale systems.
- Inspect vehicles before and after rental periods to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met.
- Manage rental inventory and ensure all vehicles are properly prepared and maintained for customer use.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the rental process, responding promptly to customer needs and resolving any issues.
- Coordinate with maintenance and service teams to address any vehicle repairs or service requirements.
- Support daily operational tasks including vehicle check-ins/check-outs, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
- Proven experience in a retail rental or customer service role, ideally within the hospitality or automotive industry.
- Strong passion for motorcycles and knowledge of motorcycle brands and models is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage rental transactions and inventory accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale and reservation management systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required by rental schedules.
