Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan that supports company growth goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and original equipment manufacturers.
• Identify customer challenges and deliver effective, reliability-focused sealing solutions.
• Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and site assessments to support business opportunities.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and activity reports using company systems.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Represent EagleBurgmann professionally at customer sites, meetings, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in rotating equipment, sealing technology, or industrial technical sales.
• Demonstrated success in consultative or solution-based sales roles.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment reliability practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in standard office software and capable of preparing clear reports and presentations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time as business needs require.
