Territory Manager - Central States

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the overall sales functions of the business unit in assigned territory in such a manner that it creates a competitive advantage, maximizes customer satisfaction and return on investment in the business unit.
  • General understanding and knowledge of the products or services that Eagle Burgmann provides and how they relate to overall operations and customers
  • Responsible for supporting national sales strategic growth initiatives/targets thru the End User, OEM & Distribution Channels, on an annual basis.
  • Responsible to internal and external customers for timely completion of quotations, reports, accountability metrics and the completion of other goals and directives as agreed in an efficient and positive manner.
  • Maintains good housekeeping standards and practices safety daily utilizing appropriate protective gear and adheres to Company procedures.
  • A monthly reporting on progress in program bookings must be made by incumbent

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree or experience, plus several years of experience in the Combined Cycle Power Generation industry.
  • Experience in selling MTBF solutions, especially technical selling skills.
  • Must have motivational skills and managerial skills and a high sense of urgency to recognize equipment, process and industry opportunities in the market (develop networks)
  • Travel required 60% or more, as required to meet or exceed bookings goals for the territory
