The Loan Servicing & Post-Closing Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for the integrity of the bank's loan portfolio after origination. This individual oversees the life cycle of the loan post-funding, with a primary focus on collateral perfection, regulatory compliance, and the seamless execution of the payoff process. A key component of this role is performing "Clear to Close" (CTC) quality control reviews for complex loan files to ensure all conditions are met prior to disbursement. This manager acts as a high-level bridge between the lending team, legal counsel, and external title partners to mitigate risk and ensure a superior borrower experience.

Requirements
Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 7 years Commercial lending, loan servicing, or related financial operations.
- Proficient knowledge of commercial loan structures, documentation, and payoff procedures.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with loan banking systems, preferably IBS
- Experience with imaging systems.
- Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be detailed oriented with a commitment to high level of data integrity and accuracy.
- Advanced knowledge of loan documentation, lien perfection laws, and core banking software.
- Ability to dissect complex loan structures and calculate multi-layered payoff figures with absolute accuracy.
- Proven capability to manage high-volume workflows under strict contractual and regulatory deadlines.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to maintain professional relationships with third-party vendors and high-net-worth clients.
- Unwavering commitment to confidentiality and the protection of sensitive financial data.
- Loan servicing or post-closing management.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Solid understanding of commercial and residential lending regulations.
