The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $91,972.03 to $151,186.90. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.

The success of this position is reliant on face-to-face interaction and requires 100% on-site work.

Responsibilities

As the Investor Relations Analyst, you'll be a contributing architect of the company's investment story, shaping and communicating it to the market through strategic engagement. You'll play a key role in the company’s overall corporate communication development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft key messages and build relationships with key investors and internal constituents. You'll also play a crucial role in supporting senior leadership with data analysis, model governance, and strategic decision-making tools as strategic options are evaluated through the lens of shareholders and informed by peer analysis. Expect to utilize your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and quantify opportunities, while ensuring alignment with the company's vision through effective reporting and collaboration. A successful candidate can expect to be a contributing voice in driving the communication strategy around the company's financial future.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) finance, accounting, economics, or another quantitative field
• 6 years Business experience with financial or analytical focus
• Experience working with and supporting several business units
• Expertise in financial and strategic modeling (R and Python for example) and ability to work with large datasets
• Aptitude for using financial information and tools to identify options and make decisions and experience with reporting software (Tableau for example)
• Ability to cultivate effective relationships and communicate effectively with executive and senior management
• In-depth knowledge of strategy processes, tools, and frameworks; ability to ideate, develop hypotheses, prove, or disprove hypotheses through structured analysis and recommend a path
• Ability to see strategic recommendations through to successful execution

Preferences

• CFA charter holder or candidacy
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and quantify opportunities
• Strong communication skills
