The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $191,499.00 to $328,284.00. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.

The success of this position is reliant on face-to-face interaction and requires 100% on-site work.

Responsibilities

The Director of Data Strategy and Analytics position is a strategic leader within the Company responsible for leading a team of business analysts, data engineers, and software developer professionals to develop tools, actionable reporting, and provide data insights. The individual in this position is expected to serve the role as both a strategic leader and perform hands-on execution, including direct development of dashboards and reporting tools. This individual will accomplish these duties while maintaining a well-documented and robust data architecture, ensuring data quality and security, and fostering innovation and collaboration in cross-functional teams. This position reports to the CFO and works closely with the CEO and Senior Staff to support the data solutions and reporting strategies and goals of Eagle Bancorp.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, Business Analytics, or related discipline
• 8 years experience working in management reporting and data analytics
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Experience working closely with business leaders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights
• Experience implementing data and software solutions that solve complex data-related problems, improve operational efficiency and support decision-making
• Experience in financial services or regulated industry
• Relevant certifications such as a Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP), Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or similar
• Ability to align data management and reporting strategies with overall business goals
• Security to communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical key stakeholders
• Extensive knowledge of risk management in banking (interest rate risk, liquidity risk, investment risk and capital risk).
