Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Removes stacks of printed sheets from web printing press
- Adjusts Press alignment
- Set up stacker
- Perform cleaning and some maintenance
Minimum Qualifications
- General knowledge in standard job setups of mechanical equipment
- Solid Math skills
- Solid written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to identify inadequate machine operation and make basic adjustments.
- Strong mechanical skills required
- Comfortable working within a team environment
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours
- Lift up to 50lbs
- Intermittent bending up to 4 hours
Education:
- High School degree or equivalent trade school training
Experience:
- Press or bindery operation and set up experience desired
