Residential Family Therapist

Brief Description of Duties

Make a meaningful impact by providing evidence-based treatment through Family Systems Theory and case management for residential youth, their families, and referring agencies. The therapist can typically expect a small caseload of less than 10 youth, allowing for strong therapeutic relationships and individualized care. Collaborates with the Clinical Services Manager, Residential Directors, Experiential Manager, and Staffing Manager to support the social, emotional, psychological, physical, and spiritual well-being of youth.
