Job Description
The job covers a large campus covering hundreds of acres with various buildings for Conferences, Activities, School, Career Center and Homes for our Residents. Preparing meals for delivery to various locations daily using our delivery vans with a tote system. The kitchen team helps maintain the 8 kitchens with food organization and cleanliness. The job includes preparing the daily snacks and dinner per the existing menu plan. For weekends, prep ahead and deliver on Fridays to allow homes independent meal coverage over the weekend. We currently utilize a three-week rotating menu.
