Brief Description of Duties
Youth Specialists (Direct Care Staff) offer support and care for the kids that live at Eagle Village. They are responsible for direct supervision of kids and ensure their physical, emotional, and safety needs are met. Youth Specialists are an important part of the treatment team for each individual and help inspire positive changes in kids. Both Full Time and Part Time positions are available on either 2nd shift.
