What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool or Aide Teacher position at Eagle View Learning Center?

Must have a clean background check (it is the law when working with children).
Looking for a well-rounded person that is able to be flexible with their schedule. Hours are 32-40 hours per week. We have a 1 full time position open. Ages range from 12 months old - six year olds.
Eagle View Learning Center has a benefit package that offers PTO, paid holidays after the 90 day probation period is over. We pay half of the cost to attend yearly early childhood conferences. Assistance in continuing your ECE education.
We will help you with scholarships for ECE 101 or 102, 103, 113 or to get a CDA certification.
Additional benefits will be discussed at interview.
Must be able to lift 30 lbs, squat, bend, twist and sit on the floor.
At the interview we will need to see any experience letters with children under the age of 6. We also need to see a copy of your college transcripts if you have completed any college. College credits are not required for the position. We will train.
Those with a CDA, Lead Teacher, preschool certificates will start in a higher position with higher pay.
We will train for our starting Aide position. This position will require additional classes and at minimum a CDA certification after training is complete.
Upon hiring we will need a copy of your official transcripts to verify that you have completed Early Childhood Education classes.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Minimum education: High School diploma and Must have two early childhood development classes or willing to enroll and complete within six months of employment. Must be 21 years of age. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and willing to develop creative activities.
Positive attitude is a must. Professional behavior expected at all times.
