What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping/Front Desk position at Eagle View Hospitality?
The Black Hawk Hotel cross-trains all team members. This job will primarily be a housekeeping position, with some coverage on front desk duties.
Duties include:
- Clean guest rooms thoroughly, consistently and efficiently according to established housekeeping procedures
- Ensure every room meets company standards for cleanliness, appearance and funtionality
- Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and belongings
- Hotel laundry
- Front Desk responsibilities as needed
Housekeepers are responsible for providing guests with clean, comfortable, safe and welcoming environment by maintaining guest rooms and designated common spaces to the company's standards of cleanliness and presentation. This position plays a critical role in the guest experience, ensuring each room is thoroughly cleaned, properly stocked and ready for arriving guests.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
