- Utilize effective sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Keep the store tidy and organized, ensuring that all displays and shelves are stocked and visually appealing.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store displays.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to all safety and security protocols.
- Participate in sales promotions, events, and other activities to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Develop a strong understanding of store policies and procedures, including those related to sales, customer service, and inventory management.
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is required, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Experience with cash handling and basic math is necessary, as well as the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with supervising or leading a team is an asset.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are an advantage, as is knowledge of retail math.
