Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pleasanton, TX, for a CNC Programmer/Operator. The primary responsibilities include creating, editing, and troubleshooting CNC programs to ensure optimal machine performance. The role also involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, setting up and operating CNC machines, and performing tasks such as machining and milling to produce precision components. Additional responsibilities include routine maintenance of equipment and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CNC Programming and Programming to create efficient and accurate cad files and machine operations.
- Must be able to reverse engineer parts(not complicated parts ie tool and die parts)
- Skills in Machining and Milling to produce high-quality and precise components.
- Ability to interpret and work from Technical Drawings, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot programming or machine issues.
- Experience with maintaining CNC equipment and ensuring operational safety is a plus.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in CNC or machining are advantageous.
