Eagle is growing again, creating immediate openings for two freight brokers.
Eagle Transportation Logistics LLC is an established and well-respected truckload freight brokerage headquartered in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. We operate in a great office in the same complex as Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and Pusser's Rum Bar. Eagle was named Global Transportation Supplier of the Year in 2022 by WW Grainger.

The right candidate will have an outgoing personality with strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience in the transportation industry is preferred, but not required.

We offer competitive base pay (relative to experience), plus a rewarding commission program. Starting salary is commensurate with experience. The pay range listed is a realistic first-year range, including base salary and commissions. Some do more. We don't hold people back. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Posting available loads to online load boards
- Making outbound calls to carriers
- Negotiating truckload rates
- Assigning carriers to loads in our TMS (Transportation Management System)
- Developing and maintaining relationships with carriers
- Coordinating with Customer Service and Dispatch departments to ensure a high level of service to our clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
