Daily responsibilities include:
-Dispatching drivers
-Screening carriers per the company's guidelines
-Checking carrier references
-Entering orders into Transportation Management System (TMS)
-Verifying load/appointment details
-Calculating fuel surcharges
-Supporting operations/broker team
